Postal deliveries are made on business days only. Orders placed by 1pm on business days will be posted the same day if requested, orders after 1pm will be posted the following business day. All postal deliveries are sent Royal Mail First Class.

If the gift voucher is for a Stay at the Hotel, please contact the hotel to check availability and book the stay letting the reservations team know a Stay voucher is being used. Then use the voucher at the hotel to settle the account.

If the gift voucher is for an Event, Dining or Spa treatment at the Hotel, please contact the hotel to book your table/treatment letting the reservations team know an Event/Dining/Spa voucher is being used. Then use the voucher to settle the account.

If the gift voucher is for a Celebration Package at the Hotel, please contact the hotel to arrange the celebration package on arrival or during the stay letting the reservations team know a voucher is being used. Then use the voucher at the hotel to settle the account.

Monetary vouchers may be used at the hotel to purchase any services that the hotel offers.

In all cases please provide photo and address identification as this assists ensuring the security of the gift vouchers.

 

Gift vouchers can only be redeemed at The Beech Hill Hotel. Gift vouchers are non refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. No change will be given.

Monetary, Dining, Spa and Celebration gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the issue date.

Event gift vouchers are only valid for the event to which they relate, the date of which will be identified in the description of the Event gift voucher purchased.

Stay gift vouchers are normally valid for 12 months from the issue date unless specifically amended in the description of the Stay gift voucher purchased.

Gift vouchers should be treated as cash. The Beech Hill Hotel will not accept liability for lost, stolen or illegible vouchers.

The Beech Hill Hotel cannot guarantee the requested delivery dates of posted items.

The Beech Hill Hotel reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of gift vouchers at any time. This does not affect your legal rights.

The Beech Hill Hotel’s standard terms and conditions  apply to any services provided by the Beech Hill Hotel for the redemption of gift vouchers.

The Beech Hill Hotel complies with all applicable data protection laws. We reserve the right to use details that you have provided to us as set out in our Privacy Policy, as varied from time to time.

Unless otherwise indicated when providing your Personal Data, you expressly agree that we may use information about you obtained by us under this Agreement for the purpose of sending postal, email or sms communications to you including: news, information, events, offers, prize draw details. There will always be an option to unsubscribe from such communications at any time. Either via the communications you receive or our Data Preference Centre.
