The Beech Hill Hotel & Spa, the health and wellbeing of our guests and crew is our highest priority and we are doing everything we can to ensure our guests have a safe and pleasant stay.
During this period of uncertainty, we are actively monitoring coronavirus (COVID-19) updates from the World Health Organization and follow the advice of UK government, public health authorities and medical professionals.
We have put in place various additional measures, including:
• Regular team briefings to reinforce rules of good personal hygiene
• Our staff have been requested to minimise personal contact such as handshakes
• Clear signage around the hotel reminds all guests and staff to wash hands, cough or sneeze into a tissue and avoid contact with your face and eyes
• Sanitising wipes are available at guest contact areas such as our reception desks
• Special attention has also been placed to sanitise public contact points such as reception counters and restaurant, bar and public areas.
• Deep cleaning is undertaken on check out of all rooms
• Ensuring sufficient separation of our tables in our restaurant
• We ask our staff and guests who are unwell with any symptoms of fever, flu or respiratory problems to call NHS 111 immediately
• Guests travelling from an area of concern are asked to let us know on arrival
Furthermore, the management team at The Beech Hill Hotel & Spa hold daily meetings to review the situation and are in constant communication with staff and guests to keep them updated and advise on any new appropriate measures to take.
We will continue to monitor the situation closely to ensure the safety of all partners and guests. Moving forward, we will communicate to you any updates or changes in the current situation in line with government and local authority advice.
