Pumpkin Picking at Walby Farm. Why not do some season appropriate activities with the kids and head on over to Walby Farm, in Crosby-on-Eden? These guys have got a fantastic pumpkin patch in their grounds, that kids absolutely love to roam around in, digging up pumpkins for Halloween. Your child can collect a pumpkin in a rustic wheelbarrow and explore the farm. There’s a chance to meet the scarecrow and have a go at carving your own faces and designs into the pumpkins. There is a free pumpkin for each paying child, for children who hold a valid Walby Farm Park Annual Pass.
There are plenty of photo opportunities throughout the Walby Farm experience, so you won’t forget your day out in a long time!
Pumpkin picking runs from Thursday the 19th of October to Tuesday the 31st of October.
Also in the grounds of the farm is a Spooky Halloween Maze, where kids can help the witch of Wallaby Farm solve her pumpkin challenge. The maze shenanigans are happening Monday the 23rd - Sunday the 29th of October.
