Calling all fans of the majestic orchid. On Sat 12th - Sun 13th March, get yourself over to Hayes Garden World, Lake Road, Ambleside, Cumbria, for Orchid Weekend.
This is a special event hosted by the Garden centre, where Chris Channon, Orchid Expert and RHS Gold Medallist, will dispense advice about how best to grow and care for your orchid.
Chris will be using Growth Technology, to demonstrate how you can allow your orchid to flourish in any weather.
The event is a unique opportunity to have all your orchid related questions answered, by an in-house expert. Attendees are free to bring along their own orchids and if time allows, Chris will take a look at them, diagnose any problems and recommend how best to look after the plant going forward. As well as an orchid MOT, you will be able to learn how best to care for your orchid when it’s poorly.
In between the formal sessions, Chris will go around and talk to participants individually.
