Not for the faint hearted, but definitely a unique way to take in the views. A skydive out of a plane at North West Parachute Centre, does not disappoint! Once outside the plane and into the fluffy clouds you will free fall from 13,000 feet over the gorgeous scenery of The Lakes. From The Great Lakes of Windermere and Coniston, to the Scafell Pyke these views will simply take your breath away. You will be able to see The Old Man of Coniston and the Peninsula of Morecambe Bay. The towns of Barrow-in-Furness, Ulverston and of course the gorgeous beaches along the coast line.
Once your parachute opens, you will glide for 5 whole minutes up above the green pastures, until you calmly float back down to the field below. This is seeing The Lakes from a truly unrivalled angle.
