Christmas Fun Weekend at Tullie House Museum and Art Gallery. If you are visiting us over the festive period you’ll be looking for events and activities that get you in the Yuletide mood. For a great event packed full of Christmas activities, head on down to Tullie House Museum and Art Gallery for a fantastic weekend of fun from Saturday the 3rd to Sunday the 4th of December.
The kids will have the chance to meet Santa and his elves in a specially built grotto. Tullie have gone all out this year to deliver a magical experience. The kids can even hear some seasonal tales from renowned storyteller Ian Douglas. They can even handle some museum items up close, so the experience is educational as well as entertaining. There is a Christmas trail and a chance to get to grips with some arts and crafts.
Group rates start at £4.50 per person and the benefits include free admission and a meal in the Garden Restaurant. The weekend activities will happen from 11:00am to 4:00pm on each day and standard tickets cost £5 per child. The £5 ticket entitles one child to museum admission, meeting Santa and Christmas craft activities and storytelling. Adults go free.
