That's right we have decided to change our telephone number. Several of our guests told us of difficulties due to the fact that our old 0844 number was not included in their payment plan minutes. That resulted in increased costs in calling the hotel. Also calling from abroad was a bit tricky too. 

That is why we have moved to an 03 number. What is an 03 number we hear you say well Offcom explains it better than we can:

"Calls to 03 numbers cost no more than a national rate call to an 01 or 02 number and must count towards any inclusive minutes in the same way as 01 and 02 calls. These rules apply to calls from any type of line including mobile, BT, other fixed line or payphone."

So as of today our new number will be :

0333 44 HOTEL / 0333 44 46835

The old number will still work and incorporating our new number into all our print media will of course take time. But we hope you will agree changing the number to an 03 number will help our guests stay in contact more easily.
